The WRO ethics guidelines should be the guiding principles of all teams no only in South Africa but internationally as well.

Team, coaches and spectators are expected to uphold and practice the WRO code of ethics. Teams that do not follow these ethics will be disqualified and not allowed to compete at any WRO events.

Judges Ethics Codes
Just as teams, coaches and specators have an ethics code, all WRO judges must also abide by an ethics code.
​
The ethics code for judges governs how judges should conduct themselves at events and when interacting with teams.
​
Judges are all volunteers and are expected to uphold and abide by all ethics as set out in the judges ethics code.
